Forum Markets, Edge Node AI Form Joint Venture to Deploy AI Compute Across U.S.
The partnership targets roughly 11 MW of energized AI inference capacity at data sites and mobile towers, with 2027 revenue guidance of $125M–$175M.
Forum Markets has announced a joint venture with Edge Node AI to deploy inference artificial intelligence compute infrastructure at existing powered data centers and mobile communications towers across the United States, the companies said.
The initial planned deployment covers approximately 11 megawatts of energized capacity, which the companies say will be fully allocated to long-term off-take partners — signaling committed demand before the infrastructure goes live.

Notably, Forum Markets stated that no equity was issued to stand up the initial deployment, a structure that could appeal to investors wary of dilution in early-stage infrastructure buildouts.
The company also introduced forward revenue guidance of $125 million to $175 million for 2027, an unusually early projection that underscores confidence in the contracted off-take model and the pace at which AI compute demand is absorbing available capacity in the United States.
The venture reflects a broader industry trend of repurposing existing powered real estate — including telecom tower sites — to meet surging demand for distributed AI inference workloads without the long lead times associated with purpose-built hyperscale data centers.
