Moomoo Partners With Crossover Markets for Crypto Trading Access
Moomoo will use Crossover's CROSSx ECN to give U.S. retail investors institutional-grade cryptocurrency execution speeds.
Moomoo has selected Crossover Markets to power its digital asset trading infrastructure, bringing institutional-level cryptocurrency execution capabilities to everyday U.S. retail investors, the companies announced Wednesday from Wilmington, Delaware.
The partnership centers on CROSSx, Crossover Markets' low-latency electronic communications network, which is designed to deliver fast and reliable order execution even during periods of elevated market volatility — conditions that have historically disadvantaged retail traders relative to professional counterparts.

Crossover Markets describes CROSSx as a world-class ECN built specifically for digital assets. By integrating the platform into Moomoo's existing brokerage infrastructure, the deal is intended to narrow the technological gap between Wall Street-caliber execution systems and the tools available to individual investors trading cryptocurrencies.
The arrangement reflects a broader industry trend in which retail-focused brokerages are seeking to upgrade their crypto back-end systems amid growing investor demand for digital assets and increasing scrutiny over execution quality. Moomoo, which already competes in the equities and options space, appears to be positioning its crypto offering as a differentiator in an increasingly crowded retail brokerage market.
